第139届中国进出口商品交易会（广交会）第三期将于2026年5月1日至5月5日 举行。为确保大家度过一个安全、愉快的假期，并严格遵守中国的法律法规，特此提醒以下重要事项：

The 3rd session of the 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) will be held from May 1st to May 5th, 2026. To ensure you have a safe and pleasant holiday while fully complying with Chinese laws and regulations, please pay close attention to the following important reminders:

1.严格遵守签证规定，严禁非法就业

Strictly Abide by Visa Regulations, No Illegal Employment

根据中国法律，持学习类居留许可的留学生，严禁在中国境内从事任何形式的就业、经商或经营性活动。这包括但不限于：

According to Chinese law, international students holding a study residence permit are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of employment, business, or for-profit activities within China. This includes, but is not limited to:

·倒卖广交会入场证件。

Reselling Canton Fair entry badges.

·在社交媒体或任何平台发帖，招揽协助申领证件、陪同入场等服务。

Posting on social media or any platform to solicit business for assisting with badgeprocurement or escorting people into the fair.

·为“黄牛”提供任何帮助。

Providing any assistance to "scalpers".

2.切勿以身试法，远离“黄牛”活动

Do Not Test the Law, Stay Away from "Scalper" Activities

近期，公安机关已查处并处罚了一批参与倒卖广交会证件的“黄牛”，其中包括我市在册留学生，相关违法行为已被记录在案。请各位同学引以为戒，切勿因小失大，触碰法律红线。

Recently, public security authorities have investigated and penalized a number of "scalpers" involved in reselling Canton Fair badges, which included registered international students in our city. These illegal activities have been officially recorded. Please take this as a serious warning and do not violate the law for minor gains.

3.保护个人信息，防范法律风险

Protect Personal Information, Guard Against Legal Risks

请妥善保管个人护照及身份证件，切勿出借给他人使用。任何违规使用证件的行为，都将由证件持有人承担全部法律责任，可能导致罚款、拘留、遣返，并对未来的签证申请产生严重的负面影响。

Please keep your passport and other identification documents safe and neverlend them to others. Any misuse of these documents will result in the document holder bearing full legal responsibility, which may lead to fines, detention, deportation, and have severe negative consequences for future visa applications.
